Polina Sefin is the successful candidate for the Service Centre Coordinator position within Customer Services & Informatics, Facilities, effective February 22, 2022.
When dealing with inquiries and supply chain-related issues, Polina’s approach is to always work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and aim for the best outcome of each request received. She joins us from Provincial Health and Vancouver Coaster Health. Her robust customer service skills and experience working in complex organizations in the public sector, make her a great addition to the team.
She holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences with specialization in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Toronto.
